Many recipes on this site are hybrids or adaptations from others that I find online, in cookbooks, and from friends. I do my best to credit original sources when they’re available, and would ask that you do the same for me. My photos, unlike many other food bloggers out there, are literally shot on my iPhone 5. Nothing fancy…but again, like the recipes, if you find a photo you like, please credit me for it. I’d do the same for you!

Amy, I went to Pitt! I just found you while seaching for good humentashen pics. I got a dgree in polisci and then went to culinary school. now I live in a small town in Brazil, but thought i’d give a fellow food blogger/enthusiast a holler from down here. Tchau. B.S. Rubin
